In 1976 we marked the centenary of the Royal National rose Society, of which HM The Queen Mother was Patron. This is the ‘Grandpa Dickson’, a lemon-yellow Hybrid Tea, bred from a seedling from ‘Perfecta’ and Governador Braga da Cruz’, crossed with ‘Piccadilly’.

A letter from Mark Twain to James T Fields in which he included a rough draft of a poem. Twain continued to work on and refine the poem over subsequent letters.
